At Drawing Makes Me Rich, each piece of artwork is a one-of-one, handmade original. Due to the unique and irreplaceable nature of our work, we kindly request that you carefully review this Refund Policy before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final:

All sales of original, one-of-one handmade artwork are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed.

Variations in color, texture, scale, or detail are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Damaged Items:

If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for review, you must provide:

Clear photos of the damaged artwork
Photos of the packaging and shipping box

If damage is confirmed, we will work with you to determine a fair resolution, which may include:

Repair (if possible)
Partial refund
Full refund (at our discretion)

Because each artwork is one of a kind, replacements are not available.

Lost Packages:

Drawing Makes Me Rich is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. Once the artwork has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

We recommend selecting shipping options that include tracking and insurance at checkout.

Incorrect Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for artwork lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
