​At Drawing Makes Me Rich, we take great care in packaging and shipping each one-of-one, handmade artwork. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order.
Processing time:
All artwork is carefully prepared for shipment after purchase. Please allow [2-3] business days for processing before your order is shipped. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Custom or commissioned artwork will ship according to the timeline communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
Shipping is on us for all deliveries within the United States.

We may ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable services. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, when available.
Domestic & International Shipping:
We currently ship throughout the United States and internationally.

International Shipping Policy:

Drawing Makes Me Rich offers international shipping for customers outside of the United States at a flat rate of $30 USD per order. This fee helps cover the cost of secure packaging, handling, and international transit to ensure that your artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Packaging:
All artwork is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely. Protective materials are used based on the size, medium, and fragility of each piece.

Because each artwork is one of a kind, we recommend choosing insured shipping when available.
Delivery Time Estimates:
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Drawing Makes Me Rich is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Damage:
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. You must provide:

Clear photos of the damaged artwork

Photos of the packaging and shipping box
We will review the claim and work with you to determine a fair resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Drawing Makes Me Rich is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address and selecting insured shipping when available.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
